When is the service needed?
Scope of work
We inspect the surface before starting facade cleaning, choose the appropriate equipment and products, and agree on the work area with the client.
Access, splash areas, plants, glass and other sensitive surfaces are considered before work begins. We stop if conditions are unsafe.
Suitability depends on the material, coating and condition. We confirm the method after inspecting photos or the property.
We do not begin when the surface is damaged, access is unsafe or weather conditions prevent a controlled result.
Work process
Before work begins, we assess the finish and protect nearby windows, plants and other sensitive surfaces.
Price
Indicative price: From €2.50/m² · minimum order €120. VAT is not added. Materials, paid parking, access equipment and travel are charged separately and agreed before work begins.
