Paving and terrace
- Jointing sand for paving €1.10–1.60/m²
- Complete paving care with cleaning and sand from €4.30/m²
- Terrace sanding €4–6/m²
- Terrace oil and other materials at actual cost
Windows and textiles
- Routine cleaning of frames and sills is included in the agreed window-cleaning service
- Renovation residue, insect screens and difficult access are priced separately
- Armchair from €25; single mattress from €55; double mattress from €75
- Carpet cleaning from €7/m²
Home and post-construction cleaning
- Oven, refrigerator, cabinet interiors, balcony and windows are added separately to the scope
- Textile cleaning can be combined with regular or deep cleaning
- Paint, silicone, adhesive and cement residue is priced after a test area
- Collection and removal of construction waste by agreement
