Outdoor timber is constantly exposed to rain, sunlight, dirt and temperature changes. Cleaning removes slippery organic growth and surface contamination; oiling properly dried and prepared timber helps reduce moisture absorption, slow greying and maintain a more even appearance.
When is the service needed?
Scope of work
We inspect the surface before starting terrace cleaning and oiling, choose the appropriate equipment and products, and agree on the work area with the client.
Access, splash areas, plants, glass and other sensitive surfaces are considered before work begins. We stop if conditions are unsafe.
Suitability depends on the material, coating and condition. We confirm the method after inspecting photos or the property.
We do not begin when the surface is damaged, access is unsafe or weather conditions prevent a controlled result.
Result
The final colour and level of protection depend on the timber, its previous treatment, condition and the selected oil.
Price
Indicative price: Cleaning from €3/m²; cleaning and oiling labour from €7/m² · minimum order €120. VAT is not added. Materials, paid parking, access equipment and travel are charged separately and agreed before work begins.
